Fan Wall Units

Direct drive EC fan arrays for air handling applications that need redundancy, turndown, and low sound.

Our fan wall units replace single large fans with an array of independently controlled direct drive plug fans. Losing one fan does not take the unit offline, and the array holds efficiency at part load instead of collapsing at low airflow. Units are built to your cabinet dimensions and airflow schedule.

CRAH

Computer Room Air Handler

Chilled water cooling for data center white space, with EC fan arrays and precision control.

CRAH units use a chilled water coil and no onboard refrigeration, which makes them the standard choice for facilities already running a central chilled water plant. Units are available in downflow and upflow, perimeter or in-row arrangement, with modulating valve control and tight temperature and humidity tolerance.

CRAC

Computer Room Air Conditioner

Direct expansion precision cooling for rooms without a chilled water plant.

CRAC units carry onboard refrigeration and pair with an air cooled condenser, a water cooled condenser, or a glycol dry cooler. They serve data halls, telecom rooms, electrical rooms, and any conditioned space that needs tight control independent of a central plant.

ERV

Energy Recovery Ventilator

Total energy wheel ventilators that recover heat and moisture from building exhaust, 1,000 to 20,000 CFM.

Our energy recovery ventilators transfer both heat and moisture between the exhaust and outdoor airstreams, so ventilation air arrives preconditioned and the equipment downstream carries less load. The segmented wheel is serviceable in place, and units are built to your airflow schedule rather than selected off a fixed size ladder.

Packaged Rooftop Units

Packaged DX and heat pump rooftop units from 5 to 80 tons.

Our packaged rooftop line covers cooling only, heat pump, and gas heat configurations for commercial and industrial buildings. Cabinets, coil selections, fan arrangements, and heating capacity are configured to the job rather than pulled from a fixed catalog, which is why we can hit specifications that standard product lines miss.

A large share of our work is fully custom. If the specification calls for a non-standard cabinet footprint, an unusual coil arrangement, a specific control sequence, a mixed refrigerant and water configuration, or a unit that has to fit through an existing opening, our engineering team designs it and our factory builds it.

Drawn to the opening, not the catalogue. Units ship in split sections where rigging demands it, with field-joined casing.

DX and chilled water in one cabinet with sequenced changeover: the plant carries base load, compressors cover peak.

Early involvement

This project began while the building was still under design. The customer reached out to our engineering team early, asking for a system that could match the building’s future load profile, controls strategy, and seasonal operating conditions. We collaborated directly with the engineering of record to review the design documents, understand the building’s intent, and engineer a solution tailored specifically to its needs — not a generic catalog unit.

Engineered configuration

What started as a single‑unit conceptual design evolved into a multi‑unit configuration engineered around the building’s actual demands. Each unit was customized with modulating compressors, hot‑gas reheat, gas heat, and energy recovery to ensure precise comfort control, stable humidity, and efficient operation across different seasons and occupancy patterns.

Because the system was designed around the building’s real loads, controls requirements, and operating conditions, the final solution wasn’t just accurate — it was better.
